A local sheriff, Mike Corona, is in big legal trouble. The particulars don't matter. I just want to note whenever I hear about this case, I can't help but start humming the opening riff to "My Sharona."

I always wondered about Tiger great Al Kaline- after all those years of battery jokes he finds himself with a name that makes him get strip searched at airports
I too always find myself humming My Sharona when Mike Corona gets mentioned on the radio. I did a google search to see if anyone else was thinking the same way, and this blog post was the only hit on google. I'd have thought some morning radio team would've worked up a spoof song by now.
