Taste Of Chicago

With the rising popularity of early voting (which I think should be mostly illegal), I have a question. What happens when someone votes, then dies before election day? Is the vote still valid?

As long as they were alive when they voted, I think it should be okay. Of course, in some places that's kind of a moot point.

As is so often the case in this great land of ours, the answer is "state laws differ."

Libertarians should support the liberty to vote when it works for you.

Libertarians believe in a lot of things, but not willy nilly voting. They're not even that big on democracy if it goes against their rights.
