Keep It Down, I'm Trying To Study
American University has been named the most politically active campus. Perhaps no surprise, due to its location. Still, I wonder if this is something they should brag about in brochures, or try to hide.

Self-selection means its a good thing to those who care about these things. There would be a similar reaction to a school which trumpeted its "strong moral culture."
To the vast majority of any campus, the politically active are an annoyance you've got to deal with, mostly by ignoring.
No more annoying than the partyboys who barf and piss on your front lawn. (spent six years living next to a fringe football school maybe I'm biased) The Save the Whales types left us alone
Fine, I'll go to the "party" college and you go to the "activist" college and we'll see who has a better time.
