George Clinton's Parliament seems rather restrained today. The Onion had a good story a while on all night debate in Parliament about whether to get up or get down
Restrained or not, four were shot at a George Clinton show yesterday, one died. Maybe it was the Funkadelic side that did it.
The Onion article was about the National Funk Congress and Parliament was only a bit player
