Happy birthday, Olivia Newton-John. She had a pretty successful recording career in the 70s and 80s, with fifteen top ten hits and five number ones. For soft, mainstream rock (with an occasional country tinge), she wasn't bad.

From the time Grease hit the theaters right through her "Physical" album, I think you'd be hard pressed to find a more popular female singer on the planet.
I remember watching an HBO broadcast of her concert tour (backed by Tom Scott and the LA Express)and it was a terrific show. Sadly, I've never been able to find it on DVD.
When you look up "White Bread Sexy" in the dictionary, you see her picture.
Her cameo on Glee was fun two years ago (as a judge in the finals). She played herself and was very willing to play herself as a stuck up, famous artist.
