Is she more stupid than John McCain?

"The thought going through my mind was, I owe America a global apology."

Huh? She doesn't know she was just a target of convenience?

It's true the media would have viciously attacked any pick McCain made, but Palin made herself a huge target with her horrible interviews. If she was good enough, she could have thrown it back in their faces (in a way that would have impressed average voters, not just the far right). Would it have made a difference? Maybe not, but we'll never know.

Though shouldn't we have a countdown? I remember a lot of people saying McCain was pretty old, there's a good chance he won't make it through the next eight years, which would mean President Palin (which was so obviously horrible there's no way anyone, liberal or conservative, could want that). Just as they were wrong about everything else, it's looking like Obama voters were wrong about that.
