Maybe he or she was there? The fact is, the average American doesn't know where Libya is, let alone Benghazi. They don't read about or care what chaos has been unleased in that country through poor diplomatic practice. They don't know that ISIS is gaining another outpost in the region, and won't consider the former Sec. of State's role in what is happening when pulling a lever next November. Anything short of indictment just won't make a difference.
I'm not sure why you think an indictment will matter. I'd say it would just add to the validation for anonymous and his ilk. Obviously any such thing would have had to have been brought by that sex maniac, Ken Starr, or worse.
