Oh, I don't know, I think we could find all sorts of uses for National Desert Day. Joshua Tree by itself is worth that.
And then there's the landscape for morals in Hollywood,fairness in the Manhattan Media, all sorts of things.
My favorite desert is Joshua Tree.
My favorite desert is the cultural desert of the suburbs
How about the educational desert of the suburbs? Or better still, universities?
